SHIPPING
At ChoklatTea, we handcraft orders especially for you! We value each and every customer and our skilled artisan is working hard to get your custom made order to you as quickly as possible. Have an event, special occasion, deadline or need a gift? Please let us know in the notes or comments of your order. We want to accommodate you!
We absolutely love mail, packaging and details, you can be assured that your jewelry will be beautifully and lovingly packaged. We ship from Florida and transit time will depend on type of shipping you choose as well your location.
In-stock styles should arrive within 5-7 business days from the date the order was placed. Custom orders will take 2-4 weeks to make and ship. Made to order everyday jewelry will take up to 2 weeks to make and ship. Please refer to the product listing for an estimate on the production and shipping time for your specific piece. Contact us if you have any questions about a shipping date.
As a default we currently use USPS for domestic shipments and USPS or FedEx for international. Please send and email to ncjones@choklattea.com if another service is needed.
All fine jewelry orders over $100 will include insurance coverage.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love and wear your jewelry. We will work with you to make sure it is exactly what you want.
Custom project deposits and payments are non-refundable. If for some reason down the road you would like an exchange on a custom ring or fine jewelry piece please email ncjones@choklattea.com.

REPAIRS
We want you to love and wear your jewelry, however, we know things can sometimes happen. We'll be happy to repair your ChoklatTea piece for a small fee for pieces older than 30 days. Here is a link to repair pricing and payments.
